Our regular room rate for either room is $110 per night (for more than a one night stay - special events excluded [check below]). You can pay by check, cash or Paypal. 50% deposit required.
Free Continental breakfast is included, free Wi-Fi, each room has its own private bathroom, no taxes or hidden extras, on street parking. Please note - a single night stay is $140 (100% in advance).

French Quarter Festival - (4 night minimum, starting Thursday, Apr.12, 2012). We have three night minimum available for Apr.13, 14 & 15. The largest Free Music Festival in the South!
New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival - ("Jazz Fest.") 1st weekend (4 night minimum, starting Thursday, Apr.26, 2012). Sorry, fully booked.
2nd weekend of Jazz Fest. - (5 night minimum, starting Wednesday, May 2, 2012). Sorry, fully booked.
Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival - Oct.12, 13 & 14, 2012 (3 night minimum, starting Friday afternoon - check in before 4pm). Free Festival! Check out the line-up at http://www.jazzandheritage.org/blues-fest/ Friday evening and two whole days of continuous, non-stop Blues music from two stages!!!
Halloween - Oct.30 & 31, 2012 (2 night minimum). A GREAT and SCARY time to visit the City of Voodoo, ghosts and ghouls!
Christmas - Dec.24, 25 & 26, 2012 - sorry, we're closed.
New Year's Eve weekend - Dec.28, 29, 30 & 31, 2012 (4 night minimum). A GREAT weekend of parties, costuming and celebrations!

The “Red” Allen room offers a four-poster King Rice bed, Asian decor, and a private bathroom a short way down the hall.
Named after Henry “Red” Allen, one of Jazz’ most famous trumpet players of yesteryear. Born in Algiers, “Red” would have a very successful career in Swing and Jazz music.

The “Memphis Minnie” room has a Queen size bed, and a private bathroom adjacent. Named after Blues legend Lizzie Douglas, better known as “Memphis Minnie.” Born in Algiers, she would become one the great female Blues singer/guitarists of all time.
Both guest rooms have free Wi-Fi, free bottled water, alarm clock/radios, A/C & heat, tissues, are fully insulated, and both private bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, towels, liquid soap, shampoo, etc.
*** Latest news - Both bathrooms have now been equipped with new, higher powered shower heads and new towels (2012).
